“About” Author, D. Wallace Peach? @DWallacepeach

Peach book photo lower res

D. Wallace Peach started writing later in life after the kids were grown and a move left her with hours to fill. Years of working in business surrendered to a full-time indulgence in the imaginative world of books, and when she started writing, she was instantly hooked. Diana’s short stories, flash fiction, and poetry have been published in several anthologies, but her true love is the complex world-building and magic systems required when writing fantasy books. Diana lives in a log cabin amongst the tall evergreens and emerald moss of Oregon’s rainforest with her husband, dogs, bats, owls, and the occasional family of coyotes.

    1. Thanks so much for stopping by Shirley and for the lovely comment about my covers. I’m a sucker for a good cover and figured I should probably try my best to follow through on my books. Have a great weekend, stay safe and creative. 🙂

    1. Thank you so much, Dennis. What a wonderful surprise and kind thing to do. I hope you enjoy the story. 🙂 I’ll have to head over make my acquaintance with your books. 🙂 Take care.

    1. Thanks so much for the visit. I did that trailer in Powerpoint. Lol. A skill with old technology leftover from my working days before writing. 🙂 I still feel new to RRBC and am trying to figure out how everything works. I’ll try to visit you back. Be well.

  2. I just read your book, Sword Swallowers, and found the premise that you can absorb someone else’s soul fascinating. I’m curious to know if there is some mythology upon which this concept is based.

    1. Hi Linnea, no mythology here, although that would be pretty cool. I just based it on the ideas of reincarnation, alternate realities, and pure imagination. Thanks so much for reading the book and taking the time to send me a note. I appreciate it. 🙂
