Because we have members who don’t remember their exact join dates, how many reviews they’ve done, what member rewards they’ve reported, what hot seats in the house they’ve held, etc., we’ve decided to give you the opportunity to stay on top of your very own membership via our MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT PORTALS.
When you request a Portal, we will upload your initial information for you but you will also be able to add your own reviews, member rewards and more to your Portal, as well as being able to reference it when you need to. You will also be able to communicate with us directly from your Portal, receiving quicker responses to your requests, questions or concerns.
Members who have Portals are “raving” about them (see comments section below).

The RRBC Membership Portal on Trello is basically a one-stop-shop tool. You can log your reviews as you complete them, list any hot seats you hold throughout the year and keep up to date with your membership status. If you have a membership portal, it is a great way to get a quick overall glance at your RRBC participation! I highly recommend it!

I’m a big fan of the Member Management Portals from the administrative side of things. Your own Portal will allow you direct communication myself about any questions or updates you have about your membership information; with Beem about new reviews that you want him to log or that you have logged in your Portal, and with Nonnie about anything else. They are an excellent membership tool!
