    2. Karl, somehow my comment to you appears below but my older comment to Yvette, who was June’s Push Tuesday winner, appears here with my comment. I honestly wasn’t calling you Yvette. Though Yvette is a lovely name, somehow it doesn’t suit you! I did purchase your book and it’s lined up on my Kindle. Congrats, again!! Strange things happen when I post sometimes and I suspect my devices could be inhabited by gremlins.
